Comal County is home ground, and New Braunfels sits at the center of it. The city services stop at the edges. Everything past those lines, and nearly all of the county's acreage, runs on a private well, and that is our whole map.
The groundwater setting changes across that map, and it matters here more than almost anywhere. Over the Edwards recharge zone, around Garden Ridge and the southern county, wells tap karst limestone regulated by the Edwards Aquifer Authority. West and north, in the Trinity country around Bulverde, Spring Branch, and Fischer, wells fall under the Comal Trinity Groundwater Conservation District. Out in Guadalupe County, Seguin and Marion sit under their own district. We determine the aquifer and file with the right authority for your parcel.
New construction drives a lot of the work. New Braunfels is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, and homes keep landing on acreage around Canyon Lake, Bulverde, and Spring Branch where a first well is the thing that makes the land buildable. We also deepen and repair the older wells that have served river and ranch places around Sattler, Fischer, and Marion for decades.
