A phone call gets you an answer fastest: (830) 555-0192. Ten minutes usually sorts out whether you are looking at a new well, a deeper hole, a pump, or just a lower pump or a pressure tank. An estimate costs nothing and leaves you owing nothing.

Useful to have in front of you: the property or address, whether you are drilling a first well or fixing an existing one, how many people and how much irrigation the well has to serve, whether the well went dry or the pump quit, and whether there is an old well on the land. None of it is required.

Hours: We answer the phone Monday to Saturday, from 7am until 6pm, and we are shut on Sunday. A house with no water is an emergency, so call and we will get to you as fast as the schedule allows.

Permits: A new well in Comal County is permitted through the Edwards Aquifer Authority or the Comal Trinity Groundwater Conservation District, depending on which aquifer it taps. We determine that and file with the right one. No contractor and no website can hand you an approval or a guaranteed date.

Water quality: We test the water and read you the lab numbers straight. Over the Edwards recharge zone the bacteria test matters, especially after heavy rain; where the results call for whole-house treatment we will say so and point you to a specialist.

Service area: New Braunfels and Comal County, including Canyon Lake, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Sattler, Fischer, and Garden Ridge, plus Seguin and Marion in Guadalupe County.

One boundary worth stating. A routine yearly water test on a healthy well does not need us standing over it. If that is all you need, we will tell you how to do it.
